W9 Form iOS app has been launched!

W9Form is a free IOS application that works on the IPad as well as the IPhone. You can use this  application  to quickly fill in W9 PDF form. Sign then print or email the filled out and digitally signed form to anyone.

The W-9 form – Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification is used to request that someone provide a valid tax identification number.
There are two situations in which a small business owner would use this form.

First, if you, as a small business owner, pay a non-employee more than $600, you must issue a Form 1099 reporting the payment. In order to correctly complete the 1099 form, you must know the recipient’s tax identification number. You would use Form W-9 to request the TIN. Second, if you receive more than $600 from someone else, the payor will use Form W-9 to request your TIN. If you don’t have a TIN, you must request one.

Do you have any information about the security of filling forms? Is the data encrypted, is it stored somewhere, where the sensitive information could be accessed? https used? Before buying a subscription we’d need some kind of confirmation that the private data is secure. Thanks!

Hi Zarko, Good Question! All pages that are saved containing private data are secured via HTTPS protocol. If there is any private data included in a form that you would like to remove permanently, just delete it and re-save the file. It will be overwritten immediately by the version that does not contain this data. You may also delete entire files (on your My Forms page) and these will be permanently removed from our servers immediately. For more information about our security or privacy policies, please see our help pages: http://bit.ly/15EN4UM
